Announcing: Haley Drama Club


For all interested 4th-6th grade Performers!

When?

After School: 3:00 – 4:00 pm

Where?

Room C-15; the Band/Drama Club Room

What days?

Tuesdays, beginning Nov. 1 through the end of third quarter (plus a few extra dates…see below for full schedule)

How much does it cost?

$60, payable online through the CUSD Community Education webpage.  See below.

We cannot accept tax credit payments for this program. 

All payment must be done ONLINE. Please do not send in cash or checks.

This cost includes all instruction, a t-shirt for each performer, field trip, and end-of-the-season celebration.

 

Participants commit to the following:

** I commit to attending ALL practices and rehearsals on Tuesdays from 3:00-4:00, the dress rehearsals, and the evening performances unless I am ill, or I have a family emergency.  See attached for dates. 2 unexcused practices = dismissal. If I need to miss a practice, I will contact Mrs. Miller or Mrs. Abrahamson.

** I will attend the evening performances on Mar. 6 and 7

** I will attend the Chandler Elementary Music Festival during the school day on Feb. 13.  This is considered a field trip. Permission slips will be given out closer to the Festival date. We will need parent volunteers for this trip.

** I commit to keeping my grades at a “C” or above average weekly, and will turn ALL my homework in on time

** Parents are responsible for providing a costume for their child for the Drama Club performance based on the part assigned to their child.

** Parent pick up is in the back of the school at 4:00 or at the END of an extended rehearsals *****************************************************************************************************************

ONLINE REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT IS DUE BY OCT 27th, 2016

Any registration from Oct. 28-Oct. 30 at 11:59 PM will incur an extra $30 late feeRegistration closes for good on Oct. 31 and will not reopen. Registration is capped at the first 115 students, so sign up early.
